Should wear jogging suit or any loose, comfortable cloths.
Hotel does not allow outside food.
We will provide a Yoga-Wrap, pure Vegetarian Food, on minimal charges. You can read about this food on: www.EatVegBVeg.com website.
There would be a Quick-break, anybody can go and grab anything to eat. Hotel got it's own food court and across street also some fast food available. You can't bring food inside, as Hotel Policy.
Just stay with time frame schedule.
Total seminar is 4 Hrs, there would be 15 minutes break every one hr session and 30 minutes in the middle.
Ans1. Seminar will be held 5 Hours, with 10 minutes break in each session.
Ans2. Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama/Breathing practice and Speech.
Ans3. We will break each section in 1 hr at a time and 10 to 15 minutes break!

Ans5. No, this is in-person seminar and we do not offer any services online or through Zoom.
There are so many critical points in Yoga and Meditation, which need in-person guidance and monitor.
Ans6. Proof of Ticket purchase, Yoga Matt and water. Arrive 30 Minutes early. You may bring a Towel too.
Ans7. No, but, we recommend to wear sports/active/loose clothes.
Ans8. If you purchased and paid, it will be served a simple, Veggie, Yogi Food. If not, you might be able to purchase your own in the Hotel restaurant.
Ans9. No, if the seminar is in day time, you do not need to reserve a room.
Ans10. No, we will not teach or preach any Religious thing. It will be totally Yoga, Spiritual, Meditation and moral based.

Ans12. You can come early, maybe one day, stay in Hotel and attend. OR, we will be organizing these seminars all around the US States, get inquiry, so we can plan in your area.

Ans14. This will be introductory seminar. You will learn and understand lots of things. Like, what is Yoga and why you need? What is Meditation, how & why do I need to do? What is Pranayama, how to do and what are the benefits etc. etc.
Ans15. Maybe? If you are heart patient, Blood, Sugar, Asthma or any other kind, which may need to mention, please let the seminar organizing people know, so they can modify your learning and practice with your need.
Ans16. No need to worry. That’s what the seminar is for. You will be learning only what you can do. There will be no weird, crazy things to do.

Ans 18. Pranayama is breathing techniques. These technique allow you to improve, increase your breathing capabilities. Makes heart strong, capable of holding the breath for longer time, increase the stamina. Improves your health and wellness.
